Assessment of Individuals, Families, Groups, Organizations, and Communities. Describe the specific opportunities that the student will have at the agency to learn skills related to assessment as an ongoing dynamic and interactive process on behalf of, diverse individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. Students will have supervised opportunities to demonstrate the following behaviors as they learn assessment skills in an intra-professional and culturally diverse setting. ● reflect on and discuss how their personal experiences and affective reactions may affect their assessment and decision-making. ● collect and organize data for assessment, and apply critical thinking to interpret information from clients and constituencies; ● apply knowledge of human behavior and the social environment, person-in-environment, and other multidisciplinary theoretical frameworks in the analysis of assessment data from clients and constituencies; ● develop mutually agreed-on intervention goals and objectives based on the critical assessment of strengths, needs, and challenges within clients and constituencies; and ● select appropriate intervention strategies based on the assessment, research knowledge, and the values and preferences of clients and constituencies.   • Union Officers and Committee Members Union Officers and Committee Members shall be entitled to leave their work during working hours in order to carry out their functions under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the investigation and processing of grievances, attendance at meetings with the Employer, participation in negotiations and arbitration. Permission to leave work during working hours for such purposes shall first be obtained from the immediate supervisor. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld. All time spent in performing such Union duties, including work performed on various committees, as referred to in this Agreement, shall be considered as time worked.

  • NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION(S) A university or other institution of higher education or an organization of the type described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (26 U.S.C. 501(c)) and exempt from taxation under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code (26 U.S.C. 501(a)) or any nonprofit scientific or educational organization qualified under a state nonprofit organization statute. As used herein, the term also includes government agencies.

  • Responsibilities and Restrictions Concerning Governing Body, Officers and Employees Grantee and its governing body will:

  • Non-liability of City Officers and Employees No officer or employee of the City shall be personally liable to the Consultant, or any successor in interest, in the event of any default or breach by the City or for any amount which may become due to the Consultant or to its successor, or for breach of any obligation of the terms of this Agreement.

  • DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND ORGANIZATION LIABILITY Required (If Grantee is a Non‐Profit or if a first tier contractor or subgrantee is a Non‐Profit) Directors, Officers and Organization insurance covering the Grantee’s Organization, Directors, Officers, and Trustees actual or alleged errors, omissions, negligent, or wrongful acts, including improper governance, employment practices and financial oversight - including improper oversight and/or use of use of grant funds and donor contributions - with a combined single limit of no less than $1,000,000.00 per claim.

  • Non-Liability of Officials, Employees and Agents No member, official, employee, or agent of the County Board shall be personally liable to the Grantee in the event of any default or breach by the County Board for any amount that may become due to the Grantee or its successors or assigns under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Special Rules Regarding Related Entities and Branches That Are Nonparticipating Financial Institutions If a Finnish Financial Institution, that otherwise meets the requirements described in paragraph 1 of this Article or is described in paragraph 3 or 4 of this Article, has a Related Entity or branch that operates in a jurisdiction that prevents such Related Entity or branch from fulfilling the requirements of a participating FFI or deemed-compliant FFI for purposes of section 1471 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code or has a Related Entity or branch that is treated as a Nonparticipating Financial Institution solely due to the expiration of the transitional rule for limited FFIs and limited branches under relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations, such Finnish Financial Institution shall continue to be in compliance with the terms of this Agreement and shall continue to be treated as a deemed- compliant FFI or exempt beneficial owner, as appropriate, for purposes of section 1471 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, provided that:

  • Certification Regarding Business with Certain Countries and Organizations Pursuant to Subchapter F, Chapter 2252, Texas Government Code, PROVIDER certifies it is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization. PROVIDER acknowledges this Purchase Order may be terminated if this certification is or becomes inaccurate.

  • Contractor Certification regarding Business with Certain Countries and Organizations Pursuant to Subchapter F, Chapter 2252, Texas Government Code], Contractor certifies Contractor is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization. Contractor acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

  • Responsibilities of Covered Entity With regard to the use and/or disclosure of PHI by the Business Associate, Covered Entity hereby agrees:
