Assessment of the CCRs. (a) Each CCR should be assessed according to the extent to which the specified standards have been met.
(b) An indicative rating on the five-point scale should be provided for each CCR.
(c) This rating should be multiplied by the weighting given to each CCR during the contracting process, to provide a score.
(d) The applicable assessment rating calculator (refer to paragraph 6.5.1) must then be used to add the scores and calculate a final CCR score.
Assessment of the CCRs. 6.7.1 Each CCR shall be assessed according to the extent to which the specified standards for the required proficiency level have been met;
6.7.2 A rating on the five-point scale shall be provided for each CCR which will then be multiplied by the weighting to calculate the final score;
6.7.3 Each CCRs will be assessed in terms of the definitions provided (Annexure B) on a 360 degree basis during the mid-year and year-end reviews and will inform the final score awarded by the evaluation committee. 360 degree means that the employee’s peers and managers reporting to him and his Portfolio Councillor will assess his CCRs; and
6.7.4 An overall score will be calculated based on the total of the individual scores calculated above.
