ASSIGNMENT OF QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES. The Employer will make every effort to rotate TDYs among all qualified employees. Management will determine what qualifications are required based on the mission requirements of a particular TDY assignment. Qualified volunteers for a TDY may be sought and accepted before non-volunteers are assigned.
ASSIGNMENT OF QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES. Management will determine what qualifications are required based on the mission requirements of a particular TDY assignment. From among the employees deemed to possess the necessary qualifications for the assignment, those who volunteer for the assignment will be selected before qualified non- volunteers are assigned. If an insufficient number of qualified volunteers are available, management will assign qualified employees based on the Service Computation date documented on the Leave and Earnings Statement.
