Teachers who accept District offers for non-licensed position assignments outside the bargaining unit may retain, for a period of up to five years, the continuing contract entitlement which existed prior to obtaining the new assignment. Teachers choosing to return to the bargaining unit must notify Employee Services in writing by March 1st for an assignment the following year.
