Assistance and security. The LOC will assist the HB with all reasonable requests including requests concerning the following; general information, volunteers, importation and customs procedures, etc. on terms to be agreed between the parties. The LOC shall provide assistance in obtaining the necessary hotel rooms or other accommodation for the HB and the broadcasters, and the hotels or other accommodation to be linked to the transport system, available for the broadcasters at least five (5) days before the opening ceremony until two (2) days following the closing ceremony of the FIS Championships, and for the HB available at least ten (10) days before the opening ceremony until five (5) days following the closing ceremony of the FIS Championships subject to broadcasters and the HB proceeding via the official event accommodation services. The HB shall inform the LOC no later than twelve (12) months prior to the commencement of the FIS Championships of the number of single rooms required for its personnel. The LOC shall also, if requested, handle at the user’s cost, bookings for the RH's/UB's in connection with site visits and the world broadcaster meeting as well as for the FIS Championships and support the HB with the handling of HB staff accommodation. Security and safety services shall be provided, as well as medical services for first aid in case of necessity in all areas. IBC, TV/Radio Compound(s), camera platforms, commentary positions, interview areas, temporary presentation studios, announce platforms, parking and other media working areas shall be fenced and protected by security guards on a 24-hour basis, guaranteeing only access for individuals with the necessary credentials, from the time of HB equipment rigging until end of de-rigging. Security shall also be foreseen for all on course camera positions/platforms as well as any other area where equipment (studios/announce platforms) is installed permanently throughout the duration of the FIS Championships. The necessary security must be provided, in the form of roping and/or fencing of certain competition areas together with the necessary security personnel. Besides the general security, such services shall also prevent view obstructions for cameras and ensure unhindered view on advertising boards, in accordance with instructions provided by the HB to the LOC and FIS.
