Assistance Procedure. 2.4 CML may ask one or more of the Sellers to assist in better matching the Sale Volume and the Purchase Volume at any Indicative Price. No Seller is obliged to assist CML in this respect. CML may ask one or more of the Buyers to assist in better matching the Sale Volume and the Purchase Volume at that Indicative Price. No Buyer is obliged to assist CML in this respect.
