Assisted Educational Leave - Regular Employees. 7.1.1 The parties agree that assisted educational leave is beneficial to both the College and the faculty employees. Proposed educational leave activities must bear a relationship to the faculty employees' teaching or other professional duties. Provisions shall be made for the following educational leaves:
