Association Access to Hospital. Without interrupting normal Hospital work and patient 25 care routine, duly authorized representatives of the Association shall be permitted at 26 reasonable times on at least 24 hours prior written or emailed notice, or less, if 24 hours 27 is not feasible, to the Employee Relations Consultant to enter the facilities operated by 28 the Hospital for the purposes of transacting Association business and observing 29 conditions under which nurses are employed. It is understood that Association business 30 generally will be conducted outside patient care areas except where the ONA 31 representative needs to observe activity in a patient care area. Association business 32 must be conducted on Nurses’ non-work time.
