Association Grievance A grievance, as defined in Section 7.1, relating to occurrences actually involving at least three (3) nurses or arising under the Association Representative article, may be initiated by the Association at Step 2 of the above-mentioned procedure by the filing of a written grievance, signed by a representative of the Association, within 35 calendar days from the date of occurrence. Such grievance shall describe the problem and the contract provisions alleged to have been violated.
Association Grievances If a grievance affects a group of employees or the Association, the Association may initiate and submit such grievance to the Superintendent directly, and the processing of such grievance shall commence at Step 2. Grievances involving more than one supervisor and grievances involving the administrator above the building level may be filed by the Association at Step 2.
The City of Milwaukee, by its Milwaukee Board of School Directors, shall pay the Contractor for the full and complete performance of the work, the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($365,500.00) as provided in the General Conditions of the Contract.
Association Dues 5.01 In every pay period, the Board shall deduct from every pay of each Occasional Teacher the appropriate amount of dues as authorized by the Constitution of the Association and directed by its Executive.
Association Activities The parties agree employees shall have the right to form, join, and participate in the lawful activities of the Association for the purpose of representation in matters of employment relations. No employee shall be interfered with, restrained, coerced, or discriminated against because of the exercise of such rights.
New York State Statewide Financial System New York State Statewide Financial System (SFS) went live for NYS agencies in April 2012. Future SFS procurement functionality envisions the ability to fully host Contract catalogs, to integrate Contractor-hosted punch-out catalogs, and/or to submit and process invoices electronically. OGS reserves the right to integrate any or all of these future catalog functions with a Contractor during the contract period, and by submittal of a Vendor Submission, a Vendor agrees to coordinate with SFS, OGS and/or a third party host, for integration, if OGS exercises its right to do so. No costs or expenses associated with providing information and integration shall be charged to NYS. Technical Requirements for the data elements, such as data types, maximum field lengths, and cXML element names shall be provided by SFS, OGS and/or a third party host during integration. Association Access Employees shall have the right at any time to have the assistance of a paid representative of the Association on all matters related to employee and Employer relations. The paid representative of the Association shall have access to the Employer's premises in order to provide the required assistance. Employees involved in such discussions or investigations of grievances shall not absent themselves from their work, except with the permission from their supervisor and such permission will not be unreasonably withheld.
Association Assessments Current regular Association assessments and dues (Association Assessments) paid in 578 advance will be credited to Seller at Closing. Cash reserves held out of the regular Association Assessments for deferred 579 maintenance by the Association will not be credited to Seller except as may be otherwise provided by the Governing Documents. 580 Buyer acknowledges that Buyer may be obligated to pay the Association, at Closing, an amount for reserves or working capital. 581 Any special assessment assessed prior to Closing Date (§ 3) by the Association will be the obligation of Buyer Seller. 582 Except however, any special assessment by the Association for improvements that have been installed as of the date of Buyer’s 583 signature hereon, whether assessed prior to or after Closing, will be the obligation of Seller. Seller represents that the Association 584 Assessments are currently payable at approximately $ per and that there are no unpaid regular 585 or special assessments against the Property except the current regular assessments and . Such 586 assessments are subject to change as provided in the Governing Documents. Seller agrees to promptly request the Association to 587 deliver to Buyer before Closing Date (§ 3) a current Status Letter.
