Common use of Association Mail Clause in Contracts

The Association shall have the right to use the District mail service and unit member mailboxes for communications to unit members without interference, censorship, or examination of such communications by the District. The Association shall send the Superintendent a copy of all general distribution communications. The Association shall have a designated daily pick-up and delivery point.
