Except as otherwise modified by this Agreement and subject to the provisions of this Agreement, teachers shall act under the supervision of their superiors and they shall be fully responsible for: 1. Teacher’s Responsibilities. A. The ASSOCIATION and its members recognize that each teacher has a professional responsibility to provide the best possible opportunity to each and every student. The ASSOCIATION agrees that a B. Staff meetings or after school professional development sessions shall begin as soon as possible after student dismissal and shall not last more than one hour beyond the teachers’ seven and one quarter hour work day.
