Association Membership and Cancellation. ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP Association membership is annual with the membership year being September 1 through August 31. Once a member enrolls, such membership shall be continuous thereafter for each subsequent membership year unless the individual cancels their membership. The cancellation period is from August 1 to August 31 each year.
