Association Membership Generally. ARRMC recognizes the right of any nurse 3 to become a member of the Association and will not discourage, discriminate or 4 in any way interfere with the right of any nurse to become and remain a member 5 of the Association. The Association recognizes the right of any nurse to refrain 6 from becoming a member of the Association as provided hereunder, and the 7 Association will not discriminate on account of the exercise of such right.
