ASSOCIATION POLICY GRIEVANCE. An Occasional Teacher Bargaining Unit policy grievance, which is defined as an alleged violation of this Agreement which affects more than one (1) Occasional Teacher, may be lodged by the Association or designate in writing with the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources at Step 2 of the grievance procedure at any time within ten (10) full working days after the circumstances giving rise to such grievance occurred or originated, and if it is not satisfactorily settled, it may be processed to Arbitration. Grievances which affect individual Occasional Teachers, shall not be filed or arbitrated as policy grievances.
