Association Right to Speak at School Board and Other Meetings. A. The Board shall place for early consideration on the agenda of each regular Board meeting any matters brought to its attention by the Association as long as those matters are made known to the superintendent’s office one week prior to the regular meeting. In such cases, the Association may indicate the approximate amount of time needed to present such matters. The amount of time allotted will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Association officers also may present matters before the Board during the “Citizen Request” agenda item without prior notice but are subject to the time limit placed on all other individuals who represent groups.
