Common use of Associations Clause in Contracts

Associations. loss payable clauses, undertakings and certificates procure that any protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations in which the Ship is for the time being entered shall endorse the relevant Loss Payable clause on the relevant certificate of entry or policy and shall furnish the Lessor with a copy of such certificate of entry or policy and a letter or letters of undertaking in such form as shall from time to time be reasonably required by the Lessor having regard to current market practice at the time of issue of any such letter of undertaking;
