Common use of Associations Clause in Contracts

Associations. The DISTRICT shall pay for annual membership dues for the EMPLOYEE in a SUPERVISOR-approved, professional organization of the EMPLOYEE’S choice and/or other professional associations as determined by the SUPERVISOR and budgeted for annually. If the DISTRICT cannot pay association dues directly, verified receipts must be submitted by the EMPLOYEE for reimbursement.
