AT HOME LEAVE. An “at home” leave may be granted by mutual agreement of the District and the employee for rest or relaxation. Such a leave shall be without pay and may be for up to one (1) year in duration. The employee shall retain their position on the salary schedule. The return procedure will be the same as for “health leave” above.
