AT&T Notification to Licensor. AT&T may communicate Incidents to Licensor by email or telephone at any time. In each case, AT&T will open a Trouble Ticket with information to assist in Incident Resolution and will assign an SIR to the Incident. Licensor will generate a single response by email for each Trouble Ticket regardless of Trouble Ticket receipt method. The email response from Licensor will include the information supplied to AT&T per Example A: Incident Notification or Trouble Ticket.

  • Notification to Employees ‌ The Employer will inform new, transferred, promoted, or demoted employees in writing prior to appointment into positions included in the bargaining unit(s) of the Union’s exclusive representation status. Upon appointment to a bargaining unit position, the Employer will furnish the employees with membership materials provided by the Union. The Employer will inform employees in writing if they are subsequently appointed to a position that is not in a bargaining unit.
