Attempt at Informal Resolution Sample Clauses

The "Attempt at Informal Resolution" clause requires parties to try to resolve disputes or disagreements through direct communication and negotiation before pursuing formal legal action or arbitration. Typically, this involves notifying the other party of the issue and engaging in good-faith discussions, sometimes within a specified timeframe, to reach a mutually acceptable solution. The core function of this clause is to encourage efficient, cost-effective dispute resolution and to prevent unnecessary escalation to litigation, thereby saving time and resources for all parties involved.
