Attend Pre-Construction Conferences and Meetings with Contractors. The Owner’s Representative shall attend one or more pre-construction meetings with Contractors, the Architect, consultants and the School District. The meetings shall include a review of project management, project schedule and project procedures. In addition, prior to construction, the Owner’s Representative shall review applicable portions of the Contract Documents with each Contractor’s job superintendent.
