Attendance of Approved Conferences. The Administration shall make provision in the budget for the purpose of promoting attendance of administratively-approved conferences of a professional nature. The funds used for conference fees, lodging, food and travel expenses shall be provided, but not necessarily coverage in full. The faculty member shall be reimbursed for that portion of their expenses within thirty (30) days.
