ATTENDANCE POLICY AND PROCEDURES. The Governing Authority will adopt an attendance policy that includes dismissal procedures and procedures for automatically withdrawing a student from the school if the student, without a legitimate excuse, fails to participate in one hundred and five consecutive hours of the learning opportunities afforded to the student, or as otherwise required by law.

ATTENDANCE POLICY AND PROCEDURES. The policy and procedures shall be summited annually to the CMSD according to instructions and is incorporated into this Contract.
