Next of Kin. 17.1 The Provider asks that the Resident shall notify the Provider of the Resident’s next of kin and review and update those details on a regular basis.
Next of Kin. Xxxxxxx shall designate his next of kin at any time during his employment with the Company, or in the alternative, designate a trust or other entity to receive his salary and benefits in the event of his death.
Next of Kin. The Home asks that the Resident notifies the Home’s General Manager of the Resident’s next of kin and reviews and updates those details on a regular basis.
Next of Kin. Next of kin of a covered service-member for the purposes of I.F (Military Caregiver Leave) shall be defined as determined under federal rules and regulations governing family leave and shall include the nearest blood relative other than the covered service-member’s spouse, parent, son or daughter, in the following order of priority: Blood relatives who have been granted legal custody of the covered service-member by court decree or statutory provisions, brothers and sisters, grandparents, aunts and uncles, and first cousins, unless the covered service-member has specifically designated in writing another blood relative as his or her nearest blood relative for purposes of Military Caregiver Leave under the FMLA.
Next of Kin. The “next of kin” is either (i) the nearest blood relative of the covered service member (other than the covered service member's spouse, domestic partner, parent, son or daughter) or (ii) the person who the covered service member has designated in writing as his/her nearest blood relative for purposes of Military Caregiver Leave.
Next of Kin. For purposes of leave taken to care for a covered service member injured during active duty, “next of kin” means the nearest blood relative of the covered service member who is not the service member’s parent, spouse, or child, as specified in the FMLA. If the service member has designated a “next of kin,” only that individual may take family and medical leave to care for him or her. If the service member has not designated a “next of kin,” the “next of kin” for purposes of FMLA leave to care for the service member shall be in the following order of priority: Blood relatives who have been granted legal custody of the covered service member by court decree or statutory provision, siblings, grandparents, aunts and uncles, and first cousins. [29 C.F.R. §825.122(d)].
Next of Kin. 11.1 In the unlikely event of the Client becoming ill or requiring assistance, the Client expressly grants consent to the Therapist to contact the Client by mobile phone (for online sessions) and/or to contact the Client’s next of kin, to be nominated on the final page of this Agreement.
Next of Kin. The facility will inform the designated representative of a significant change in the Resident's physical, mental or emotional status, of an accident in which the Resident is injured, a need to alter treatment significantly, or a decision to transfer or discharge the Resident. If the designated representative cannot be reached in the case of an emergency, the facility will act to the benefit of the Resident after consultation with the medical staff and Administration. Primary responsibility for burial arrangements rests with the next of kin and/or designated representative. If no such person is available, the Public Administrator will be notified to make the necessary arrangements.
Next of Kin. After the signing of this Agreement employees may nominate their next of kin to the Corporation. The Corporation shall pay all benefits so accrued to the employee at the time of death to such next of kin.
Next of Kin. The term “next of kin,” used with respect to an individual, means the nearest blood relative of that individual.
