Attending Meetings by Phone, Video or Other Means of Communication. A Director may attend Board meetings by phone, video or other means of communication. Attending the meetings by such means shall be deemed as attending the meetings for the purpose of Clause 2.3(c).

  • Means of Communication i. Quarterly results

  • Communications Protocol The Parties agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the communications protocol provided for in Schedule “G” (Communications Protocol).

  • Negotiations Meetings Negotiations meetings between said bargaining committees shall be private and scheduled for mutually satisfactory times and place(s). Both parties may utilize the services of consultants during the negotiation process. Only bargaining committee members, consultants, and other individuals mutually agreed to between the bargaining committees shall be present in the negotiating sessions.

  • Project Kick-off Meeting The Contractor shall hold a project kick-off meeting within thirty days from the contract execution date. The Contractor shall coordinate with NYSERDA's Project Manager to arrange the meeting at a mutually convenient time and place. The Contractor is encouraged to invite representatives of sub-contractors and equipment vendors. The purpose of this meeting shall be to finalize the strategies for accomplishing the objectives of this work. In a timely manner, the Contractor shall submit to NYSERDA’s Project Manager a brief report summarizing the issues discussed and decisions made, if any, during this meeting. Deliverable: A brief report regarding the project kickoff meeting.

  • Methods of Communication Any notice to be given or any document or instrument in writing to the Trustee or the Manager (including for greater certainty, all directions and instructions) must be given through one of the following methods of communication:

  • Contract Negotiations Meetings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee for the purpose of attending contract negotiations meetings on behalf of the Institute.

  • Conferences and Meetings Attend meetings with Contractor, such as preconstruction conferences, progress meetings, job conferences and other project-related meetings, and prepare and circulate copies of minutes thereof.

  • Recording of Communications Buyer, Seller and Guarantor shall have the right (but not the obligation) from time to time to make or cause to be made tape recordings of communications between its employees and those of the other party with respect to Transactions.
