Attorney General Approval. The Attorney General or his or her designee has approved the settlement embodied in this Settlement Agreement in accordance with Section 122(h)(1) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9622(h)(1).
Attorney General Approval. Seller shall have received all approvals from the Attorney General that are necessary or appropriate in order for Seller to consummate the transactions described herein and to sell and transfer the Assets, the Hospitals and the Hospital Businesses to Buyer or a determination from the Attorney General that the Attorney General does not object to the consummation of the transactions described herein.
