AUDIT AND RIGHT OF ACCESS. 15.1 All Partners shall promote a culture of probity and sound financial discipline and control. The Host Partner shall arrange for the audit of the accounts of the relevant Pooled Fund and shall require the appropriate person or body appointed to exercise the functions of the Audit Commission under section 28(1)(d) of the Audit Commission Act 1998, by virtue of an order made under section 49(5) of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 to make arrangements to certify an annual return of those accounts under Section 28(1) of the Audit Commission Act 1998.

The Host Partner shall arrange for the audit of the accounts of the Pooled Fund in accordance with the Regulations and section 7 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014.

The CCG as Administration Partner shall arrange for the audit of the accounts of the Integrated Health and Care Fund and the Pooled Budget by an auditor appointed pursuant to Section 7 of the Local Audit and Accountability Xxx 0000 to carry out the duties set out in Sections 20 and/or 21 of the Local Audit and Accountability Xxx 0000 (as applicable).

AUDIT AND RIGHT OF ACCESS. 26.1 The Frailty Lead Commissioner shall promote a culture of probity and sound financial discipline and control. The Frailty Lead Commissioner shall arrange for the audit of the accounts of the Pooled Fund and shall require its external auditors to make arrangements to certify an annual return of those accounts, the costs of which shall be met from the Pooled Fund.
AUDIT AND RIGHT OF ACCESS. 11.1 The Council shall promote a culture of probity and sound financial discipline and control. The Council Representative shall arrange for the audit of the accounts of the Pooled Fund and shall make arrangements for the external Auditor appointed by the LSAB to certify an annual return of those accounts under Section 28(1) of the Audit Commission Xxx 0000.
