AUDIT BY CITY. City reserves the right to audit Company’s books and records or receipts at any time for the purpose of verifying the rental receipts and fees hereunder. If, as a result of such audit, it is established that Company has understated by three percent or more of the fees and charges payable to City, the entire expense of said audit shall be borne by Company. Any additional fees due, shall be paid by Company to City and City reserves the right to charge Company interest thereon, from the date such fees or charges became due to the date of payment, at the maximum rate allowed by the State of Florida.

The City shall be responsible for the cost of such audit.
