Audit of Delegated Supervision Functions i. Broker shall cooperate with Principal Underwriter in connection with Principal Underwriter’s audits of supervision functions delegated to Broker by Principal Underwriter under Amended Reg. 187. ii. Broker shall maintain and make available upon reasonable request by Principal Underwriter records relating to supervision functions delegated to Broker pursuant to this Amendment. Principal Underwriter may audit such records during regular business hours upon at least thirty (30) days advance written notice to Broker.

Selling Entity shall cooperate with Insurer in connection with Insurer’s audits of supervision functions delegated to Selling Entity by Insurer under an Applicable Standard of Care. b. Selling Entity shall maintain and make available upon reasonable request by Insurer records relating to supervision functions delegated to Selling Entity pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to client profiles and verification certificates in a form satisfactory to the Insurer. Insurer may audit such records during regular business hours upon at least ten (10) days advance written notice to Selling Entity.

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract. Contractor shall have a responsible supervisor on the job at all times when the work of the contract is being carried out. 1.9.2 Contractor's site supervisor shall be responsible for communication with the State's representatives and shall meet with the Project Manager at the site on a weekly basis to discuss project status, including any problems, ideas, or concerns related to the project work. 1.9.3 Contractor and its employees shall be subject to all applicable State and Federal statutes and regulations for the conduct of personnel. 1.9.4 The Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his/her subcontractors and their employees at all times.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • Scope of Delegated Responsibilities (a) SELECTION OF ELIGIBLE FOREIGN CUSTODIANS. Subject to the provisions of this Section 3.2, the Foreign Custody Manager may place and maintain the Foreign Assets in the care of the Eligible Foreign Custodian selected by the Foreign Custody Manager in each country listed on Schedule A, as amended from time to time.
