AUTHORISED THIRD PARTY. 22.1 We recognise that in some circumstances it may be necessary or desirable for you to authorise someone to manage your account. You do so at your own risk and both you and the person you wish to authorise to operate your account will be required to submit a signed form which is a type of Power of Attorney document authorising and appointing an Authorised Third Party to operate your account.
22.2 If you have opened an account electronically, and we do not have an original of your signature, you will need to provide an identity document such as a copy of your passport or driving licence, and any other documents reasonably requested by us, in order to be able to appoint an Authorised Third Party.
22.3 You will be held fully responsible for all actions of the Authorised Third Party. We will be entitled to accept all instructions from an Authorised Third Party until that authority is revoked. If you wish to revoke or amend the authorisation of an Authorised Third Party, you must provide written notice of such intention to us. Any such notice will not be effective until two working days after it is received by us (unless we advise you that a shorter period will apply). You acknowledge that you will remain liable for all instructions given to us prior to the revocation/variation being effective, and that you will be responsible for any losses which may arise on any Transactions which are open at such time. In any event, we may, and without notice to you, refuse to accept instructions from any Authorised Third Party and to treat the appointment of any such Authorised Third Party as terminated.
AUTHORISED THIRD PARTY. 39.1 We recognise that in some circumstances it may be necessary or desirable for you to authorise someone to manage your account (“Authorised Third Party”). You do so at your own risk and both you and the person you wish to authorise to operate your account will be required to submit a signed form which is a special power-of-attorney authorising and appointing an Authorised Third Party to operate your account.
39.2 You understand and agree that if your account at INGOT Brokers is managed by an Authorised Third Party, then INGOT Brokers is authorised by you to provide your account information, including but not limited to address, phone number, and email address, to that person to enable them to provide on-going training, assistance, updates on services as it relates to the trading activities in your INGOT Brokers’ account.
39.3 You will be liable for any act or omission by an Authorised Third Party, and we may rely on any instructions given by the Authorised Third Party on your behalf. We are not responsible for monitoring the activities of the Authorised Third Party.
39.4 If you have opened an account electronically, and we do not have an original of your signature, you will need to provide an identity document such as a copy of your passport, national identity card or driving licence in order to be able to appoint an Authorised Third Party.
39.5 By entering into these Terms with us, you authorise us to deduct any fees, commission or other remuneration (“Third-Party Fees”) which you have agreed with your Authorised Third Party and which are payable by you to your Authorised Third Party from any money held by us in respect of your account and pay this to the Authorised Third Party on your behalf.
39.6 Any deductions will be made inclusive of all Taxes, duties or levies, however designated or computed, including but not limited to value added taxes (or similar).
39.7 It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account to pay any Third-Party Fees due to the Authorised Third Party in full.
39.8 We will disclose to you the amount of Third-Party Fees paid to the Authorised Third Party and such disclosure will be availed to you via your registered email address.
39.9 The following is the basis on which the Third-Party Fees are calculated:

You do so at your own risk and both you and the person you wish to authorise to operate your account will be required to execute and deliver to ICM a letter in the form of a signed Power of Attorney document authorising and appointing such person (an "Authorised Third Party") to operate your account.
16.2 If you have opened an account electronically, and we do not have an original of your signature, you will not be able to appoint an Authorised Third Party until such time as you furnish us with an independently verified example of your signature (i.e. photocopy of your passport or driving licence).
16.3 You will be held fully responsible for all actions of the Authorised Third Party. ICM shall be entitled to accept instructions from such Authorised Third Party until receipt of a written notice from you stating that the authority of the Authorised Third Party is revoked. Such written notice must be sent to ICM Client Services department by registered mail or by personal delivery countersigned by an officer of ICM. Upon receipt of this instruction ICM shall change your account number and any passwords attributable to it. In any event, ICM shall be entitled, and without notice to you, to refuse to accept rom any Authorised Third Party and to treat the appointment of any such Authorised Third Party as terminated.

29.8 The following is the basis, on which the Third Party Fees are calculated:
29.8.1 as set out in clause 29.5 above; or
29.8.2 we will facilitate the payment of performance fees (in %) and/or management fees (in %) to the Authorised Third Party, as follows:
29.8.2.1 the performance fee (%) shall be based on a high watermark and the profits made by the Authorised Third Party on your account, payable Authorised Third Party monthly, quarterly or yearly; and/or
29.8.2.2 the management fee (%) shall be based on the equity in your account and payable to the Authorised Third Party monthly, quarterly or yearly.

You do so at your own risk and both you and the person you wish to authorise to operate your account will be required to execute and deliver to Euronaxt a le�er in the form of a signed Power of A�orney document authorising and appoin�ng such person (an "Authorised Third Party") to operate your account.
16.2 If you have opened an account electronically, and we do not have an original of your signature, you will not be able to appoint an Authorised Third Party un�l such �me as you furnish us with an independently verified example of your signature (i.e. photocopy of your passport or driving licence).

Euronaxt shall be en�tled to accept instruc�ons from such Authorised Third Party un�l receipt of a wri�en no�ce from you sta�ng that the authority of the Authorised Third Party is revoked. Such wri�en no�ce must be sent to Euronaxt Client Services department by registered mail or by personal delivery countersigned by an officer of Euronaxt. Upon receipt of this instruc�on Euronaxt shall change your account number and any passwords a�ributable to it. In any event, Euronaxt shall be en�tled, and without no�ce to you, to refuse to accept rom any Authorised Third Party and to treat the appointment of any such Authorised Third Party as terminated.
AUTHORISED THIRD PARTY the provider of the Third Party Solution. Availability: the ability of Keyloop-hosted Clients to access the Service which shall be measured in accordance with the HSP Product Specification for Non- DMS Software, and Available shall be construed accordingly. End Customer: a customer of Client.
AUTHORISED THIRD PARTY. Representative" shall mean an individual person or legal entity undertaking a transaction on behalf of another individual person i.e the Client or legal entity but in his/its own name;
