Authorization to Trade for Customer’s Account. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and all related agreements, including the Risk Disclosure Statement and Service Provider Trading Policies herein, the Customer Account Application and any applicable Addenda thereto, Customer authorizes Service Provider and its Technology Providers to instruct the designated counterparty or counterparties to enter, purchase, sell, and clear Contracts on a spot basis for the Customer’s Account in accordance with Customer’s electronic, written or oral instructions received through the Service Provider Internet Trading Platform, an online trading system. Customer agrees to be responsible for any transaction instruction received by Service Provider either electronically via the Service Provider Internet Trading Platform. Before executing a transaction, Customer is required to provide the Access Code authorization electronically via a login procedure. Service Provider may use such information to authenticate the Customer and allow the Customer the authorized Service Provider Account for that authentication for the purpose of transactions under this Agreement. If Customer’s Account is a Joint Account, Service Provider is authorized to act on the instructions of any one owner without further inquiry, with regard to trading in the Account and/or the disposition of any and all assets in the Account. Service Provider shall have no responsibility for further inquiry into such apparent authority and no liability for the consequences of any actions taken or failed to be taken by Service Provider and any of its employees in reliance on any such instructions or on the apparent authority of any such authorized person(s).

Authorization to Trade for Customer’s Account. Subject to the terms of the FXDD Terms and Conditions, the Customer Account Application and any applicable Addenda thereto, the Customer authorizes FXDD to enter, purchase, sell, and clear the Products [on a non-deliverable basis] for the Customer’s Account in accordance with Customer’s electronic instructions received through the Online Platform made available to Customer by FXDD or via telephone directly to the FXDD trade execution desk, or via any other communicative means available that has been approved by FXDD for Customer’s use.

  • Authorization to Transfer Funds Customer hereby agrees that XXXXX.xxx may at any time and from time to time, in the sole discretion of XXXXX.xxx, apply and transfer from any of Customer’s Accounts with XXXXX.xxx to any of Customer’s other accounts, whether held at XXXXX.xxx or other approved financial institutions, any of the Contracts, currencies, securities or other property of Customer held either individually or jointly with others to another account.

  • Authorization to Obtain Information You agree that we may obtain and review your credit report from a credit bureau or similar entity. You also agree that we may obtain information regarding your Payee Accounts in order to facilitate proper handling and crediting of your payments.

  • Authorization to Transact Business in the Commonwealth In order to contract with Xxxxxxxxx County, contractors organized as a stock or nonstock corporation, limited liability company, business trust, or limited partnership or registered as a registered limited liability partnership shall be authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth as a domestic or foreign business entity if so required by Code of Virginia, Title 13.1 or Title 50 or as otherwise required by law. Pursuant to competitive sealed bidding or competitive negotiation, a bidder or offeror organized or authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth pursuant to Title 13.1 or Title 50 shall include in its bid or proposal the identification number issued to it by the State Corporation Commission. Any bidder or offeror that is not required to be authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth as a foreign business entity under Title 13.1 or Title 50 or as otherwise required by law shall include in its bid or proposal a statement describing why the bidder or offeror is not required to be so authorized. Any bidder or offeror that fails to provide the required information shall not be awarded a contract unless a waiver of this requirement is granted by the County Administrator. Any business entity as described above that enters into a contract with a public body pursuant to the Virginia Public Procurement Act shall not allow its existence to lapse or its certificate of authority or registration to transact business in the Commonwealth to be revoked or cancelled at anytime during the contract. Xxxxxxxxx County may void any contract with a business entity if that entity fails to remain in compliance with the provisions of this section.

  • Credit Card Authorization TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AUTHORIZE XXXXXXX TO CHARGE ALL AMOUNTS DUE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT TO ANY CREDIT CARD YOU PROVIDE TO US, AND YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS XXXXXXX WITH RESPECT TO THE SAME.

  • Card Information Updates and Authorizations If you have authorized a merchant to xxxx charges to your card on a recurring basis, it is your responsibility to notify the merchant in the event your card is replaced, your card information (such as card number and expiration date) changes, or the account associated with your card is closed. However, if your card is replaced or card information changes, you authorize us, without obligation on our part, to provide the updated card information to the merchant in order to permit the merchant to xxxx recurring charges to the card. You authorize us to apply such recurring charges to the card until you notify us that you have revoked authorization for the charges to your card. Your card is automatically enrolled in an information updating service. Through this service, your updated card information (such as card number and expiration date) may be shared with participating merchants to facilitate continued recurring charges. Updates are not guaranteed before your next payment to a merchant is due. You are responsible for making direct payment until recurring charges resume. To revoke your authorization allowing us to provide updated card information to a merchant, please contact us.

  • Authorization to Perform Services The Consultant is not authorized to perform any services or incur any costs whatsoever under the terms of this Agreement until receipt of a written Notice to Proceed from the City.

  • Authorization to Proceed A fully executed and approved authorization in the form of Attachment 6 to this Agreement, Authorization to Proceed (“ATP”) accompanied by an executed purchase order document issued by the Owner to the Project Consultant, authorizing the performance of specific professional services, authorizing commencement of a Phase as defined in Article 2.1 through Article 2.8, and stating the time for completion and the amount of fee authorized for such services.
