Authorized Affiliate. An authorized affiliate is any: • Subscriber affiliated with a Participant, OR • Unlicensed Assistant who performs actions on behalf of or with the authority of the Participant employed by: o the Participant’s brokerage firm, o the Participant, o a Subscriber affiliated with the Participant, or o a group which can include the Participant and/or Subscribers. Business Day Business days are weekdays (Mondays through Fridays) except weekdays that are: • federal holidays, OR • US Postal Service holidays, OR • Louisiana state holidays.

Authorized Affiliate. 1. Organization shall designate in writing to UMHS a physician who will act as the Authorized Affiliate for purposes of correspondence with UMHS.
Authorized Affiliate any of Client’s Affiliate(s) which is permitted to use the Services pursuant to the Agreement between Client and Anacle, but has not signed its own Order Form with Anacle and is not a “Client” as defined under this DPA.

  • Authorized Affiliates The parties agree that, by executing the DPA, the Customer enters into the DPA on behalf of itself and, as applicable, in the name and on behalf of its Authorized Affiliate(s), thereby establishing a separate DPA between Okta and each such Authorized Affiliate, subject to the provisions of the Agreement. Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. An Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, and is only a party to the DPA.
