Authorized Approvers i. The Parties will only consider communication about a Change Request to be valid under the Agreement if the request was sent to and received by Company’s Relationship Manager or Supplier's Relationship Manager, depending on which is more appropriate. To initiate a Change Request, Supplier or Company, as applicable, will deliver a written request to the Supplier’s Relationship Manager or Company’s Relationship Manager as the case may be, specifying in reasonable detail to the extent known and in accordance with the format set out in the Change Request Template set out in Appendix 1 to this Exhibit I. The Parties will not consider a Change Request to be valid if the request was not sent to either Company’s Relationship Manager or Supplier's Relationship Manager.
Authorized Approvers. The department head (the individual responsible for the account assigned to the p-card) may authorize certain individuals to access the ESP software and view (approve) transactions. These individuals may be granted or assigned the responsibility to view (approve) transactions made by some or all of the cardholders in a department. Persons eligible to approve (view) transactions for the department who are also cardholders are required to have their own monthly statements reviewed by their department head. A signed or initialed copy of the statement should be filed with the receipts mentioned in section 11.
Authorized Approvers. Generally, the Department Head, or other approvers designated by the Department Head, with the responsibility of reviewing and approving travel authorities and expenditures and ensuring compliance with the City Travel Policy. Headquarters: This is where employees spend the largest part of their regular working time, or where the employee returns upon completion of a special assignment, or a specifically assigned geographic area regularly traveled.
