Authorized Guests. Mgnt (at Mgnt expense) may obtain the services of a Security Guard for safety of the guests and to protect the property. Only the Guests on the lease are allowed in the house (wristbands will be issued and spot check may be done by Mgnt and security guard to assure compliance). No swapping of the wristbands.

Authorized Guests. The names of all authorized guests allowed to xxxx on the Property may be required to be provided in advance to Company or its authorized agent. Lessee shall accompany all guests on the Property at all times. Except as otherwise set forth in this Lease, Company is authorized to restrict the number of persons that may be present on the Property at any time. The Lessee and Lessee’s authorized guests and invitees shall be obligated to execute a Release and Indemnity Agreement in the form attached hereto prior to entering onto the Property. Access Company and/or Company’s agent shall have access to the Property at all reasonable times for normal maintenance and repairs, to inspect the Property, or to verify that the provisions of this Lease or applicable laws are being fully complied with.
Authorized Guests. Attendee understands that the cost of a Conference ticket includes one ticket to attend the Conference for two people. Attendee understands that the guest cannot be another Business owner. Permitted guests may include anyone individual who is not a Company Business Owner; all attendees must be over the age of 11 years old*. *No one under twelve years of age is permitted to attend the daytime conference sessions. Children, twelve and over may attend as the Business owners guest, or if they already have a guest, they may purchase a ticket for the child.

  • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement.   • Non-State Agency Authorized Users Authorized Users other than State Agencies are permitted to make purchases through state Centralized Contracts where permitted by law, the Contract or the Commissioner.

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). Contact information, organized by Lot, will be available on the OGS website for this Contract. An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User:  An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and  An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid.
