Authorized Guests. Attendee understands that the cost of a Conference ticket includes one ticket to attend the Conference for two people. Attendee understands that the guest cannot be another Business owner. Permitted guests may include anyone individual who is not a Company Business Owner; all attendees must be over the age of 11 years old*. *No one under twelve years of age is permitted to attend the daytime conference sessions. Children, twelve and over may attend as the Business owners guest, or if they already have a guest, they may purchase a ticket for the child.

Authorized Guests. The names of all authorized guests allowed to xxxx on the Property may be required to be provided in advance to Company or its authorized agent. Lessee shall accompany all guests on the Property at all times. Except as otherwise set forth in this Lease, Company is authorized to restrict the number of persons that may be present on the Property at any time. The Lessee and Lessee’s authorized guests and invitees shall be obligated to execute a Release and Indemnity Agreement in the form attached hereto prior to entering onto the Property. Company and/or Company’s agent shall have access to the Property at all reasonable times for normal maintenance and repairs, to inspect the Property, or to verify that the provisions of this Lease or applicable laws are being fully complied with.

  • Authorized Users Authorized Users" are:

  • Authorized User You may request us to issue a Card to an individual who has no financial responsibility under this Agreement. An Authorized User has the same access to your Account as you do, subject to any limitations we may impose. An Authorized User has no authority to add or delete Cardholders, request a replacement Card or terminate or modify this Agreement. You may terminate an Authorized User’s authority to access your Account at any time. To do this, you must return the Card to PenFed. You agree that you are responsible for all charges and cash advances made by an Authorized User, including charges made before the Card is returned, recurring charges, or charges made without the use of the Card initiated by the Authorized User after termination of the Authorized User’s access.

  • Authorized Uses The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may make all use of the Licensed Materials as is consistent with the applicable law and with this Agreement, including but not limited to the following licensing conditions ("Authorized Uses"). In addition, the Licensed Materials may be used for purposes of research, education or other non-commercial use as particularly follows:

  • Authorized Sub-processors Customer agrees that MailChimp may engage Sub-processors to process Customer Data on Customer's behalf. The Sub-processors currently engaged by MailChimp and authorized by Customer are listed in Annex A.

  • Authorized Reseller A reseller or dealer authorized and added by a Vendor through their online TIPS Vendor Portal to make TIPS sales according to the terms and conditions herein.

  • Authorized Affiliates The parties agree that, by executing the DPA, the Customer enters into the DPA on behalf of itself and, as applicable, in the name and on behalf of its Authorized Affiliate(s), thereby establishing a separate DPA between Okta and each such Authorized Affiliate, subject to the provisions of the Agreement. Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. An Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, and is only a party to the DPA.   • Authorized Persons Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement and from time to time thereafter, as appropriate, each Fund shall deliver to the Custodian, duly certified as appropriate by a Treasurer or any Deputy or Assistant Treasurer of such Fund, a certificate setting forth: (a) the names, titles, signatures and scope of authority of all persons authorized to give Proper Instructions or any other notice, request, direction, instruction, certificate or instrument on behalf of such Fund (collectively, the "Authorized Persons" and individually, an "Authorized Person"); and (b) the names, titles and signatures of those persons authorized to issue Special Instructions. Such certificate may be accepted and relied upon by the Custodian as conclusive evidence of the facts set forth therein and shall be considered to be in full force and effect until delivery to the Custodian of a similar certificate to the contrary. Upon delivery of a certificate which deletes the name(s) of a person previously authorized by a Fund to give Proper Instructions or to issue Special Instructions, such persons shall no longer be considered an Authorized Person or authorized to issue Special Instructions for that Fund.
