AUTHORIZED OFFEROR PERSONNEL. The offeror shall provide the name, title, and telephone number of the company/division point of contact authorized to make decisions with respect to your proposal and who can obligate your company contractually. Also, identify those individuals authorized to negotiate with the Government along with providing the name, title, and telephone number of the CEO, Division President, or Vice President of the offeror. Company/Division Address, Identifying Codes, and Applicable Designations. Provide company/division's street address, county and facility code; CAGE code; DUNS code; TIN; size of business (large or small); and labor surplus area designation. This same information must be provided if the work for this contract will be performed at any other location(s). Provide the same information for your major subcontractors. List all locations where work is to be performed and indicate whether such facility is a division, affiliate, or subcontractor, and the percentage of work to be performed at each location. Supplies or Service and Prices. DO NOT include Section B with cost/price data. The Government has provided plug numbers for all Cost-Reimbursement (CR) CLINs in this solicitation as Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amounts. If the offeror requires the use of Government furnished items other than those specified in the SSMS II PWS or Government Furnish Property Attachment, the offeror shall provide a list of items to include quantity, federal stock number, nomenclature, date needed and duration of availability, rental value per FAR 45.1 and 45.2, reason for need, and cross reference to cost/price volume paragraphs which pertain to GFP and/or base support.   • Authorized Official An employee or officer of a Member utility that is authorized to:

  • Authorized Persons Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement and from time to time thereafter, as appropriate, each Fund shall deliver to the Custodian, duly certified as appropriate by a Treasurer or any Deputy or Assistant Treasurer of such Fund, a certificate setting forth: (a) the names, titles, signatures and scope of authority of all persons authorized to give Proper Instructions or any other notice, request, direction, instruction, certificate or instrument on behalf of such Fund (collectively, the "Authorized Persons" and individually, an "Authorized Person"); and (b) the names, titles and signatures of those persons authorized to issue Special Instructions. Such certificate may be accepted and relied upon by the Custodian as conclusive evidence of the facts set forth therein and shall be considered to be in full force and effect until delivery to the Custodian of a similar certificate to the contrary. Upon delivery of a certificate which deletes the name(s) of a person previously authorized by a Fund to give Proper Instructions or to issue Special Instructions, such persons shall no longer be considered an Authorized Person or authorized to issue Special Instructions for that Fund.

  • AUTHORIZED ENTRY BY UCF PERSONNEL Authorized UCF personnel, as specified and defined in UCF DHRL publications, may enter any UCF DHRL facility (including, but not limited to rooms, suites, apartments, and shared common areas) in the event of an emergency. Authorized UCF personnel, may enter any UCF DHRL facility (including rooms, suites, apartments, and shared common areas) to conduct occupancy checks; lockouts; inspections for health, safety, maintenance, and compliance; maintenance; and/or fire code enforcement. Authorized UCF personnel may also enter any room/suite/apartment/common area if the personnel reasonably believe a violation of this agreement is occurring and there is no response when personnel request entry. Personal property in UCF DHRL facilities may not be searched without consent of the Student, except and unless the search is conducted in accordance with existing Florida law by law enforcement officers.

  • Authorized Contacts LightEdge Solutions provides reliable and secure managed services by requiring technical support and information requests come only from documented, authorized client-organization contacts. Additionally, in compliance with federally regulated CPNI (Customer Proprietary Network Information) rules, a customer contacting LightEdge Solutions to request an add, move, or change and/or to request information on their account, must provide LightEdge representative with customer’s Code Word. Code Word is not required or verified to open trouble tickets related to service issues, however, any subsequent information/updates or authorization of intrusive testing related to the trouble ticket will require the Code Word. Customer shall provide a “contact list” which will contain one (“1”) Administrative contact and may contain up to three (“3”) Technical contacts per service. Administrative and Technical contacts are authorized to request service changes or information, including the contact name, contact e-mail address and contact phone number for each contact but must provide customer Code Word for any CPNI related requests. Requests to change a contact on the list or to change the Code Word must be submitted by the Administrative contact. Requests to replace the Administrative contact shall be submitted via fax to LightEdge on customer company letterhead. All requests are verified per procedure below.  Requests for CPNI, configuration information or changes are accepted only from documented, authorized client-organization contacts via e-mail, fax or phone and will require Customer’s Code Word. E-mail and fax requests must be submitted without the Code Word. Customer contact will be called to verify Code Word. E- mail requests that include the Code Word will be denied and the client Administrative Contact will be notified and required to change the Code Word.  E-mail and fax requests are verified with a phone call to the documented client contact. Phone call requests must be validated with an e-mail request from a documented client contact.

  • Available Information The Company is subject to the periodic reporting requirements of the Exchange Act and, accordingly, is required to file or furnish certain reports with the Commission. These reports can be retrieved from the Commission's website (wxx.xxx.xxx) and can be inspected and copied at the public reference facilities maintained by the Commission located (as of the date of the Deposit Agreement) at 100 X Xxxxxx, X.X., Xxxxxxxxxx X.X. 00000.
