AUTHORIZED RESELLER AGREEMENT. This First Amendment to the Authorized Reseller Agreement (this “Amendment”) is entered into by and between Xxxxxx Research, Inc. (“Xxxxxx”) and Pattern Inc. (“Pattern”) (collectively, the “Parties”) to amend the November 25, 2019 Authorized Reseller Agreement between Pattern and Xxxxxx (the “Agreement”). The effective date of this Amendment is August 20, 2020. Defined terms used in the Agreement have the same meaning in this Amendment. In consideration of the terms set forth below and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
