Authorized Users; Students. Your authorized users are your employees. You will only use the Product and Service to provide help-desk guidance (including but not limited to guidance on financial aid, student accounts, registration and records) to current and prospective students (“Students”). In addition, if specified on the applicable Order Form, your Students may access the Self-Help portal of the Product and Service.
