AUTOMATIC AID RESPONSE. Explanatory note: Upon receipt of the report of an incident requiring response in their own respective cities, the Burleson and Crowley fire departments may normally dispatch the level of resources described in Section I.A below to the reported locations. For the purposes of this agreement, automatic aid in the amount of resources described will be dispatched by one city into the other city’s jurisdiction limits outlined below, if the incident is reported in any of the geographical areas listed below. Also for purposes of this agreement, “reported" will be defined to mean any telephone calls into the 911 system, direct telephone calls to the fire department or radio transmissions to the fire and/or police dispatch centers. Excluded are automatic alarms, unless followed up by one of the above.

Generally cover parts and labor. * 47 Do your warranties impose usage restrictions or other limitations that adversely affect coverage? Warranty will not cover abuse or lack of maintenance. * 48 Do your warranties cover the expense of technicians' travel time and mileage to perform warranty repairs? We warranty any work we preform. The equipment is covered by the original equipment manufacturer. * 51 What are your proposed exchange and return programs and policies? Special order items are not returnable and will not be exchanged. If a manufacture will take back an item they consider returnable, the return must have an RMA and be returned within 90 days in the original carton. All freight, restocking, damage plus a service fee will be deducted form the credit for equipment. * 52 Describe any service contract options for the items included in your proposal. We offer preventative maintenance contracts for refrigeration equipment in Texas. DFW, Houston, Beaumont and Austin. * 53 Describe your payment terms and accepted payment methods. Standard payment terms are Net 30 days. To be considered for an open account, all new customers will be required to complete a New Customer Application and provide tax exemption certification if applicable. All applicants are subject to Strategic's Credit Terms and Policies and must meet criteria specified therein.   • Timely and Sustained Response Interconnection Customer shall ensure that the Small Generating Facility’s real power response to sustained frequency deviations outside of the deadband setting is automatically provided and shall begin immediately after frequency deviates outside of the deadband, and to the extent the Small Generating Facility has operating capability in the direction needed to correct the frequency deviation. Interconnection Customer shall not block or otherwise inhibit the ability of the governor or equivalent controls to respond and shall ensure that the response is not inhibited, except under certain operational constraints including, but not limited to, ambient temperature limitations, physical energy limitations, outages of mechanical equipment, or regulatory requirements. The Small Generating Facility shall sustain the real power response at least until system frequency returns to a value within the deadband setting of the governor or equivalent controls. An Applicable Reliability Standard with equivalent or more stringent requirements shall supersede the above requirements.

  • Timing of Company Response The Company shall respond to such claimant within 90 days after receiving the claim. If the Company determines that special circumstances require additional time for processing the claim, the Company can extend the response period by an additional 90 days by notifying the claimant in writing, prior to the end of the initial 90-day period, that an additional period is required. The notice of extension must set forth the special circumstances and the date by which the Company expects to render its decision.

  • Employee Response The employee upon whom a Notice of Proposed Action has been served shall have seven (7) calendar days to respond to the appointing authority either orally or in writing before the proposed action may be taken. Upon request of the employee and for good cause, the appointing authority may extend in writing the period to respond. If the employee's response is not filed within seven (7) days or during an extension, the right to respond is lost.

  • Contingent Emergency Response 1. In order to ensure the proper implementation of contingent emergency response activities under Part 4 of the Project (“Contingent Emergency Response Part”), the Recipient shall ensure that: (a) a manual (“CERC Manual”) is prepared and adopted in form and substance acceptable to the Association, which shall set forth detailed implementation arrangements for the Contingent Emergency Response Part, including: (i) any structures or institutional arrangements for coordinating and implementing the Contingent Emergency Response Part;

  • Company’s Response Upon receipt by the Company of a copy of a Conversion Notice, the Company shall as soon as practicable, but in no event later than one (1) Business Day after receipt of such Conversion Notice, send, via email, facsimile or overnight courier, a confirmation of receipt of such Conversion Notice to such Holder indicating that the Company will process such Conversion Notice in accordance with the terms herein.   • Form and Timing of Response (a) Intermediary agrees to provide, promptly upon request of the Fund or its designee, the requested information specified in paragraph 1 above.
