Equipment and Staff. All arrangements regarding equipment, hall layout and staff must be confirmed at least 1 month prior to the date of the booking.

Equipment and Staff. The following requirements shall be met or performed by Medical Group and/or Medical Group Providers, as applicable: Provide and maintain facilities and/or equipment which are of adequate capacity, clean, safe, readily accessible to Subscribers and, where appropriate, properly licensed and/or registered. Assure the appropriate supervision of, licensure/certification of, and insurance coverage for, all employed or subcontracted staff who provide Subscribers Covered Services that are performed under the direction of Medical Group Providers. Have written policies that are implemented and enforced and that describe the duties of any employed or subcontracted physician assistants, advanced practice nurses and other individuals other than physicians in accordance with statutory requirements for licensure, delegation, collaboration and supervision as appropriate. If any employee or subcontractor of Medical Group violates any of the provisions of Applicable Laws or the Provider Manual or commits any act or engages in any conduct for which Medical Group’s license/certification may be revoked or suspended by the state of Texas (whether or not such authority revokes or suspended said license/certification) or is otherwise disciplined by such licensing authority or any professional organization having authority over such employee or contracting agent, BCBSTX may immediately require the employee or contractor to cease rendering services to Subscribers under this Agreement.
Equipment and Staff. Contractor shall furnish: a. All equipment necessary to complete the Work specified under this Contract (i.e., planting shovels, planting bags, two heat shield tarps with minimum dimensions of 9’ X 15’); b. All costs of equipment, operation, and transportation; x. Xxxxx each day, at a size adequate to complete Operations prior to the termination of the Contract; d. Experienced, qualified supervisor for crew; e. All required safety equipment and training; f. Designated representative to supervise Contract Operations and represent Contractor; Contractor may leave equipment and material, except seedlings, at the work site. OPRD will not be responsible for Contractor’s equipment and OPRD-furnish material if it should be lost, stolen or damaged.

  • All new supplies equipment and services shall include manufacturer's minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Vendor shall be legally permitted to sell all products offered for sale to TIPS Members. All goods proposed and sold shall be new unless clearly stated in writing. The Vendor shall provide timely and accurate customer support for orders to TIPS Members as agreed by the Parties. Vendors shall respond to such requests within a commercially reasonable time after receipt of the request. If support andƒor training is a line item sold or packaged with a sale, support shall be as agreed with the TIPS Member. Most TIPS Members are tax exempt and the related laws andƒor regulations of the controlling jurisdiction(s) of the TIPS Member shall apply. No assignment of Agreement may be made without the prior notification of TIPS. Written approval of TIPS shall not be unreasonably withheld. Payment for delivered goods and services can only be made to the awarded Vendor, Vendor designated reseller or vendor assigned company.

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.
