Explanatory Note definition

Explanatory Note means the explanatory note in relation to the Planning Agreement, as required by clause 25E of the Regulations, and attached as Schedule 2 to this deed.

Explanatory Note means the explanatory note relating to this Planning Agreement, as required by clause 25E of the EP&A Regulation, being Exhibit A to this Deed. GST has the meaning it has in the GST Act.
