Automatic Deployment. The Fencing shall be made available for automatic deployment upon the occurrence of a Critical Incident in a Member’s Governmental Unit. The Requesting Member shall notify a Director of a Critical Incident and a Director shall utilize the designated Notification System to Call Out the Deployment Team for deployment of the Fencing. The Deployment Team shall then respond to the Requesting Member to unload and assemble the Fencing at the Deployment Site. The process to request deployment and demobilization of the Fencing shall occur in accordance with this Agreement and the policies and procedures adopted by the Board. The Deployment Team Manager shall be responsible for coordinating the deployment and demobilization of the Fencing.
