Autopsies. 35. For Network coverage, charges incurred for transplants, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computing Tomography (CT) received at facilities which are not designated facilities, or charges incurred for weight loss services provided by a physician who is not a designated physician.

Autopsies. 35. Elective abortions, except in the case of rape or incest, or in situations where the life of the mother would be endangered if the fetus is carried to full term.
Autopsies. The medical officer on Wake Island, or any other qualified person under his supervision, may perform autopsies upon authorization of the Commander or a Judge of the Wake Island Court.
Autopsies. For purposes of this Agreement, an “autopsy” shall include but not be limited to: “A post mortem examination of the body of a person, including x-rays (as needed) and an examination of the internal organs and structures after dissection, to determine the cause of death or the nature of any pathological changes that may have contributed to the death and includes removing a sample of body fluids, tissue or organs in order to determine the nature and cause of death even when a complete post mortem examination of the body is not done.” Contractor agrees to use proper professional standards and devote the time necessary to provide the Services on an as needed basis.
Autopsies. UTMB shall perform an autopsy on behalf of County upon UTMB’s receipt of an “Order for Autopsy” (in the designated format of Attachment “A”, attached hereto and incorporated for all purposes) signed by a Justice of the Peace or other person authorized by law to request an autopsy on behalf of County. All autopsies shall be performed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.

  • Vaccinations Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, pursuant to Article II of the General Appropriations Act, none of the General Revenue Funds appropriated to the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) may be used for the purpose of promoting or advertising COVID-19 vaccinations in the 2024-25 biennium. It is also the intent of the legislature that to the extent allowed by federal law, any federal funds allocated to DSHS shall be expended for activities other than promoting or advertising COVID-19 vaccinations. Contractor represents and warrants that it is not ineligible, nor will it be ineligible during the term of this Contract, to receive appropriated funding pursuant to Article II.
