Auxiliary Benefits. The College assumes costs of long-term disability, term life, vision, and dental insurance benefits. Any cost for additional coverage options beyond the College’s contribution will be paid by the Association Member.
Auxiliary Benefits. 1. All full-time employees will be permitted to enroll in any course that is offered by the College during their own time. If, in the opinion of the supervisor, a course which is given during the normal workinghours would benefit the employee and the College, the supervisor may request the approval of the director to schedule the employee’s work hours so that he/she can attend the course. If a course is being given during the normal working hours and an employee feels it would benefit theCollege and himself, he/she may submit a request to his supervisor to attend such course and the supervisor shall give reasonable consideration to gaining the approval of the director.
