Availability and Maintenance of OnBoard. (a) End User Functions – The OnBoard end user interfaces will be available for use pursuant to the Agreement 99.5% of the time over the course of each calendar month (“Availability Percentage”), subject to the exceptions noted in Section 1(b) of this SLA. The Availability Percentage will be calculated based on the number of minutes in the calendar month, and the number of minutes for which OnBoard may not be available while still meeting the Availability Percentage are herein the “Allowable Minutes.”
