Availability of Personal days. During the months of November, December, January, February, March, and April the Company will make available a number of personal days such that no less than five percent of the total number of Flight Attendants in a fleet and sharing a schedule type who are scheduled to work on any given day may take the day(s) off. During all other months, the minimum percentage of days made available will increase from five percent to ten percent. This subsection will be read in harmony with subsection 10.3(B)(5).
