Average Transport Unit. Hour Utilization ratios for Contractor’s ambulance crews regularly scheduled to work in excess of twelve (12) hours must not exceed 0.40. Contractor shall track Transport Unit Hour Utilizationand, upon request, make that data available to MVEMSA.
