Award of Task Orders. The Project Administrator shall award the Off-Site Services described in the Request for Proposals, in his or her sole and exclusive discretion, based upon a combination of factors, including but not limited to, the Consultant’s proposal, availability of staff to complete work according to the City’s deliverables schedule, personnel qualifications, level of expertise to ensure quality of work, and cost. The City reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate any and all proposals as it shall, at its sole discretion, deem to be in its best interest. City shall notify all proposers of its decision to award the Off-Site Services by the deadline set forth in the Request for Proposal.
