Award to Low Bidder. When subcontract bid packages are awarded, they shall be awarded to the eligible (as defined in RCW 39.10.400) responsible bidder submitting the low responsive bid (subject to RCW 39.04.380).

Award to Low Bidder. Unless the subcontractor is selected under the process described in RCW 39.10.385, when subcontract bid packages are awarded, they shall be awarded by the GC/CM to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid. Bidder responsibility shall be determined in accordance with RCW 39.04.350(1), any additional or supplemental criteria set forth in the bid packages as set forth in RCW 39.10.380, and/or the pre-bid eligibility process outlined in RCW 39.10.400 if the Port and GC/CM utilize that process.

  • Selection Criteria for Awarding Task Order The Government will award to the offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Government based upon an integrated assessment using the evaluation criteria. The Government will evaluate proposals against established selection criteria specified in the task order RFP.
