AWARDING CRITERIA. 1. Administrative compliance,Technical and Economic evaluation The Framework Agreement shall be awarded to the tender that gets the highest score. The scoring system is divided between technical score and an economic score.

AWARDING CRITERIA. The procurement contract will be awarded to the tenderer who has submitted the most economically advantageous tender, based on the following criteria : N° Description Weighting 1 Price 25 The following formula will be used: Score = Amount of the lowest tender * 25 Amount of the tender 2 Quality of the service 50 To demonstrate the quality of the service, the tenderer is required to attach a methodology note to its tender in which it demonstrates the understanding of the Terms of reference, lists the countries for case studies details its strategy and timeline for carrying out its tasks. The service quality criterion contains two sub-criteria (general methodology and timeline) which will be assessed on the basis of the methodology note.

  • Award Criteria 40.1 The Procuring Entity shall award the Contract to the successful tenderer whose tender has been determined to be the Lowest Evaluated Tender in accordance with procedures in Section 3: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.

  • Selection Criteria for Awarding Task Order The Government will award to the offeror whose proposal is deemed most advantageous to the Government based upon an integrated assessment using the evaluation criteria.
