Room, Boarding and Nursing Expenses as provided by the Hospital/Nursing Home as per actuals ii. ICU Boarding and Nursing Expenses as provided by the Hospital/Nursing Home as per actuals iii. Surgeon, Anesthetist, Medical Practitioner, Consultants, Specialists Fees. iv. Anesthesia, Blood, Oxygen, Operation Theatre Charges, surgical appliances, Medicines& Drugs, relevant laboratory diagnostic tests, X-ray and such similar expenses that are medically necessary. • Our maximum liability maximum for any or all the above expenses is limited up to 25% of Sum Insured per policy period.

  • Certified and Minority Business Enterprises Reports Upon Customer request, the Contractor shall report to the requesting Customer the Contractor’s spend with certified and other minority business enterprises in the provision of commodities or services related to the Customer’s orders. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code, and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period; commodities and services provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business enterprise on behalf of the Customer.

If there are no specific VOSHA regulations or standards for the agent in question, recommendations of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health or other generally recognized expert organization shall be used, as determined by the Commissioner of Health.
